Why I do it this way
I started Wilshaw Glazing because I wanted something different from the big national firms: a fair, fixed price and someone who actually turns up. When you call, you're speaking to the person who'll survey your job, quote it and fit it too, not a rotating sales team. I bring my own colour swatches to every survey and measure the job myself, and once we've agreed a price, that's the price. No hidden costs added later.

It's me who turns up
I survey every job myself, then manage it right through to completion. I work alongside one or two installers on the day, never a rotating sales-and-fit team sent out from head office. You get one point of contact throughout, not a different face at every stage.

A small job well done. I used Wilshaw Glazing to install a new double glazed window in my kitchen - a relatively small job. They were highly efficient - providing a quote in advance and making sure I was happy with the proposed window confirmation. The window took 3 weeks to manufacture, and was installed as soon as it was ready. They installation was done on a Saturday morning - it only took 2 hours and the team took care while they were on site. Overall very satisfied and would be happy to recommend

We rang Josh as we needed some exterior doors removing so an item could be set in place. Josh turned up exactly when he said he would to remove the doors and then returned 2 days later and reinstalled them perfectly so it looks as though they hadn't been moved at all. Josh and his team were friendly, efficient and did the job for the agreed sum. I would thoroughly recommend him.
