Prone toWe fit the Rehau Total 70 system. Strong all-round thermal performance, with a slightly thicker frame around the glass.

How to tell your windows have actually failed

A genuinely failed sealed unit shows as fogging or a hazy film between the panes that won't wipe off, whichever side you clean. Ordinary condensation on the inside of the glass wipes away fine and isn't a fault. On grants, the honest answer's changed recently, so it's worth knowing where things actually stand before you ask.

Will I end up dealing with different companies for different windows?
No. We fit all three materials ourselves, so it's one installer and one point of contact from the first call to the final fit.
Is there building-regs hassle I have to sort myself?
No. As an Assure-registered installer, we self-certify the work against Building Regulations ourselves, so there's no separate council application for you to arrange.

How long does it take from quote to fitted windows?

Windows typically take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive from the supplier once you've accepted a quote, then we book in the fit around you. It's 50% deposit to start, with the remaining 50% due on completion.
